Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yep! Most of our mugs are totally cool with both microwaves and dishwashers. Any mug that needs special TLC will say so on its product page.

What sizes are your mugs available in?

We offer popular mug sizes like 11oz, 12oz, and 15oz—perfect for quick sips or serious caffeine commitments. Sizes are always listed on the product page.

Do the mug designs fade over time?

Nope! Our mugs are printed using high-quality methods to keep colours bold and beautiful, sip after sip.

Can I buy mugs in bulk or for corporate gifts?

Changed your mind? No worries. Unused mugs in their original packaging can be returned within our return window.

What if my mug arrives damaged or incorrect?

That’s not cool—and we’ll fix it fast. Send us an email with photos to hello@muguz.com, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

Are personalised mugs eligible for returns?

Personalised mugs are made just for you, so they can only be returned if there’s a fault or error.
